Renters must be 21 years of age or older. There is no maximum age limit.
Is there a required interval between bookings?
Yes. A minimum 6-hour interval is required between bookings to allow for vehicle inspection and preparation.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! We offer weekly discounts based on rental duration:
5% off – 1 week
7% off – 2 weeks
10% off – 3 weeks
15% off – 1 month
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. We offer two flexible options:
Option 1: Receive a discount by selecting a non-refundable booking, paid in full at the time of reservation
Option 2: Pay 20% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due before or at pick-up
What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
Minimum rental: 3 days
Maximum rental: 3 months
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
Sales Tax: 6%
Refueling Service Fee: $10 (if applicable)
Cleaning Fee (excessive condition): $250
Smoking Fee: $1,000
All applicable charges are clearly itemized before booking confirmation.
How many miles are included with the rental?
Each rental includes 250 miles per day.
An unlimited mileage option is available for $20 per day.
What are your standard business hours?
Our business hours are 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
Pick-ups and returns are available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
Custom deliveries are arranged on a case-by-case basis within normal business hours. Please contact us to coordinate details.
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
No. All pick-ups and returns must occur within standard business hours.
Are there any important extra details renters should know?
No additional requirements beyond the terms outlined in your rental agreement.
Do you offer additional equipment or services?
Yes, we offer the following optional add-ons:
Cooler: $25 per trip
Stroller: $15 per trip
Booster Seat: $35 per trip
Child Safety Seat: $40 per trip
Pre-Paid Fuel Option: $50 per trip
What is the cost for an additional driver?
Additional drivers may be added for $50 per driver, and must meet all rental requirements.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited.
A $1,000 cleaning and decontamination fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
No service fees are charged. All vehicles are equipped with SunPass, and toll usage will be charged after the rental period based on actual usage.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
Vehicles should be returned in the same condition they were received.
Normal use is acceptable. However, if the vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty condition, a $250 cleaning fee will be applied.
